The Moscow underground saw a disruption of mobile phone services this week after several warnings of possible terrorist attacks were issued from the country's security services.

suspended services in Moscow's underground railway system, but declined to explain why. However, company representatives unofficially stated that the move was connected to a possible terrorist threat.
